Musikforlæggerne tiltræder ny standard
Musikforlæggerne står bag standarden for trygge arbejdsfælleskaber sammen med en række andre organisationer.
Standarden er udviklet i samarbejde med IFPI, Musikforlæggerne, Danske Agenters Sammenslutning, DUP, Danske Artist Managers, samt repræsentanter fra de større kommercielle virksomheder i branchen.
Formålet med standarden er at skabe fælles rammer og tydelige forventninger til professionel adfærd i de mange forskellige arbejdsfællesskaber, som kendetegner musikbranchen. Den fungerer som et konkret redskab til proaktiv dialog, forebyggelse og håndtering – både internt i virksomhederne og i virksomhedernes konkrete samarbejder.
Standarden har nultolerance over for grænseoverskridende adfærd, men kan selvfølgelig ikke stå alene. Der skal mere end en standard til for at skabe trygge arbejdsfællesskaber. Den markerer et vigtigt skridt: Et fælles grundlag, hvor vi tydeligt siger, hvad vi ikke vil acceptere, for derfra at kunne tale mere aktivt om den adfærd og kultur, vi ønsker, skal stå i stedet for.
Relanceringen er dermed en invitation til fortsat fælles ansvar og handling i arbejdet for en tryggere og mere professionel musikbranche.
Musikforlæggerne is behind the standard for safe working places together with a number of other organizations
The standard has been developed in collaboration with IFPI, Musikforlæggerne, Danske Agenters Sammenslutning, DUP, Danish Artist Managers, as well as representatives from the major commercial companies in the industry.
The purpose of the standard is to establish a shared framework and clear expectations for professional conduct across the many different working communities that characterize the music industry. It serves as a practical tool for proactive dialogue, prevention, and handling—both internally within companies and in their collaborative partnerships.
The standard maintains zero tolerance for inappropriate or boundary-crossing behavior, but it cannot stand alone. More than a standard is required to create safe working environments. It marks an important step: a common foundation where we clearly define what we do not accept, from which we can more actively discuss the behavior and culture we want to promote instead.
The relaunch is therefore an invitation to continued shared responsibility and action in the effort to create a safer and more professional music industry.
